Here’s a free you can use to work out when you’re most fertile in your cycle.

Instructions for use:

  1. Enter the date of your last period
  2. Enter your average cycle length (number of days between each period)
  3. Click the “Calculate” button.
  4. Make a note of the two dates given - these are your most fertile days

How to make the more effective:

  1. Monitor your cervical mucus for changes
  2. Monitor your cervical position and texture for changes
  3. Chart your basal body temperature
